What you get

Tracking that dispatchers actually use

Carrier-grade tracking is not just a status string. It is a timeline of normalized events from every system that touches the shipment.

One timeline per shipment

Carrier APIs, EDI 214 messages, telematics, and WMS dock events normalized to the same milestone model. No more portal-hopping.

ETA that recalculates

The ETA is recomputed every 15 minutes from the latest event, route conditions, and historical lane performance. Dispatchers see the new ETA before the customer does.

Exceptions surfaced, not buried

Exceptions appear on the timeline with their own state. The dispatcher sees the exception the moment it lands, with a suggested next action.

Documents attached to events

Customs filings, bills of lading, and delivery receipts attach to the events that generated them. The timeline is also a document archive.

Under the hood

How the timeline is built

Every event passes through the same four-stage pipeline before it appears on the timeline.

  1. 01

    Ingest

Carrier APIs, EDI, telematics, and WMS events flow into one stream.

  2. 02

    Normalize

Events are mapped to the shared milestone model so a Maersk event and a BNSF event read the same way.

  3. 03

    Score

The shipment is scored for on-time risk and exception impact. The ETA is recomputed.

  4. 04

    Render

The timeline is rendered with the latest state. Exceptions are highlighted. Documents are attached.
