Terms of service
The terms under which customers use the Logistics Tower platform.

1. Acceptance
By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Subscription
You subscribe to a plan (Operator, Network, or Enterprise). The plan is billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at the end of the billing cycle or annual term.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: not to attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, not to overload the API, not to use the platform to ship illegal goods.
4. Service availability
We target 99.95% uptime. The Enterprise plan includes an SLA with service credits for missed uptime.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
