How we collect, use, and protect data on the Logistics Tower platform.

1. Data we collect
We collect data you provide when you sign up (name, email, company) and data generated when you use the platform (shipment data, integration credentials, audit log events).
2. How we use data
We use your data to provide the platform, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
3. Data retention
Data is retained according to your plan: 30 days (Operator), 180 days (Network), unlimited (Enterprise). The audit log is retained for 7 years.
4. Data residency
Customer data is stored in the region chosen at provisioning: EU, US, or AP. Data does not leave the chosen region for processing.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@example.com.
