Common questions about the platform

Do you host the platform or do we?

Logistics Tower is a hosted SaaS platform. Your team uses it through a web browser. We manage availability, backups, and security. The template you are looking at is the marketing site + demo dashboard that ships with the product.

Where does our data live?

We offer data residency in the EU, US, and AP regions. Enterprise customers can pin their data to a specific region at provisioning time. The data never leaves the chosen region for processing.

How long does an implementation take?

A standard implementation takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of integrations. The bulk of the time is connecting your TMS, WMS, and carrier APIs. A solutions engineer is assigned to your account for the duration.

Can we add a carrier that is not on your integration list?

Yes. Carriers that expose an API or send EDI 214 messages can be added. The integration work is scoped as part of the implementation. We have a documented connector SDK for carriers that prefer to build their own side.

Do you support single sign-on?

Yes. SAML 2.0 and OIDC are supported on the Network plan and above. SCIM provisioning is included on Enterprise. We support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any SAML-compliant IdP.
