Pricing questions, answered

What counts as a shipment?

A shipment is one air waybill or bill of lading. A consolidated container with multiple house bills counts as one shipment per house bill.

What happens if we go over the plan limit?

We never stop tracking your shipments. If you exceed the plan limit for two consecutive months, we reach out to move you to the right plan. No surprise overage fees.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing gets a one-month discount. The prices shown above reflect both monthly and annual rates.

Is implementation included?

Operator and Network include a standard implementation (up to 4 integrations, 4 weeks). Enterprise includes a dedicated solutions engineer for the duration of the implementation.

Can we cancel anytime?

Monthly plans can be canceled at the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans can be canceled at the end of the annual term. We do not lock you in.

Is there a free trial?

We do not offer self-serve trials. We do a 30-minute demo, a 2-week proof-of-value on your lanes with sample data, and then a paid pilot if it makes sense.
